CHRISTOPHER BROCATO
Meet Christopher
Christopher C. Brocato completed his undergraduate studies at Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida, and received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
After college, Mr. Brocato attended New York Law School and graduated Cum Laude in 2002. While at New York Law School, Mr. Brocato served as the supervising editor of the school’s Law Review.
After Law School, Mr. Brocato was hired as an assistant district attorney in Suffolk County. As an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Brocato served in the District Court Bureau, Domestic Violence Bureau, Case Advisory Bureau, and the Major Crime Bureau.
In 2009, Mr. Brocato founded Brocato & Byrne, LLP, specializing in criminal, family court and real estate matters. In 2020, he founded the Law Office of Chris Brocato. He is a member of the Brookhaven Zoning Board of Appeals since 2022.
He has lived in Suffolk County his whole life and graduated from Ward Melville High School in 1989. He has been married for 27 years and has two children.
